LDB is our coated polyester double braid — the rigging rope we reach for when a line needs to stay round, shed dirt and take repeated loading without going furry.

Available as bulk rigging line in 3/8" (10 mm), 1/2" (12 mm), 9/16" (14 mm), 5/8" (16 mm), 3/4" (18 mm) and 7/8" (22 mm). The same rope is spliced into finished gear: bull rope dead eye slings, ring slings, retrievable ring slings, Rig and Ring assemblies with Tylaska thimbles, and work positioning lanyards.

The coating is what distinguishes it from an uncoated double braid — it resists grit working into the braid, which is most of what kills a rigging line in tree work.
