Arbo Space LPX 3/8" Spider Leg

The Arbo Space LPX 3/8" Spider Leg is a compact, lightweight eye sling designed to bring the same versatility as its larger counterpart to smaller rigging applications. It attaches to a bull rope or lowering line using a Klemheist or 3-wrap prusik, creating quickly adjustable "legs" on the line's working end. This gives operators greater control over awkward or unbalanced limbs without the need for time-consuming rigging setups.

The 3/8" Spider Leg is an excellent choice for lighter loads and smaller-diameter lines, making it particularly well suited for precision removals in tight spaces or when working with limbs that don't demand the capacity of a 1/2" system. Like the full-size Spider Leg Balancer, multiple units can be used together on sprawling limbs that would otherwise require excessive dissection before lowering.

While the Spider Leg can also serve as an eye sling for mounting a block or Portawrap in a pinch, the unusually long eye may not be suitable for standard use. Built with Arbo Space LPX 3/8" Sling-Grade rope and featuring a 2-foot eye, this sling delivers a Minimum Breaking Strength of 5,500 lbs in a remarkably light package.
